Joe Howard has more than 20 years of gaming operations experience and prior to re-joining FPG in 2013, served as an Executive Director for Wynn Resorts. Prior to that, he was a Vice President with The Fine Point Group and a Las Vegas Regional Vice President for Caesars Entertainment (formerly Harrah’s Entertainment). Joe has extensive experience in organizational management, having been responsible for more than 500 line-level employees at nine Las Vegas Strip properties as well as providing corporate leadership for Caesars. Joe was Harrah’s liaison to the FBI, Secret Service, and Nevada Gaming Enforcement where he was responsible for monitoring compliance with all relevant internal controls, regulations, and laws. Joe started his career with Harrah’s in 1999 as the Manager of Security Operations during the opening of Harrah’s New Orleans. Prior to Harrah’s, he spent eleven years in various operation management positions with Fitzgerald’s in the Mississippi and Nevada markets. During his career, he has demonstrated an ability to cut operating expenses while improving service levels and employee morale. Joe is a former United States Marine Corps Sergeant.
